Hello Zoho,
Firstly I like the tool, it is a very nice system.
I have seen threads relating to the customer portal and if this is something that is planned but have not seen a definitive answer.
We are very close to making a decision on which CRM system to implement and the ability for our clients to track their issues through a customer portal really would be a great feature, I see other providers using the same or similar OS code have implemented this so I was wondering if you could give me an indication if this is on your development road map.
