hello,

In several forum items there's rumour on the subject customer portal.

A client of mine is desperately seeking for this feature. He's got an website development organisation with 700 customers. Yes, it's nice they can sent a ticket/case but they want to give the customer feedback (on-line) on several other issues (status productdetails. etc).

Is there more information what the user portal will offer, when is going to be released and what will be additional costs.

It's a big feature. Organisations want to communicate with their customers over their products. etc.


I'll hope to get some answers.
