Customer Portal and Vendor Portal will soon be hosted on a new domain
Dear users,
We're changing the Customer and Vendor Portal's default domain from inventory.zoho.com/portal to inventory.zohosecure.com/portal for security reasons. Starting from 5 June 2024, customer and vendor portal users will automatically be redirected to the new domain. The domain change will not affect your users data on the portal such as transactions, comments, etc and they will be able to access their portal as always.
If you've used the default customer portal's URL (inventory.zoho.com/portal) in your website or elsewhere, ensure that you update it to inventory.zohosecure.com/portal. You can also inform your customers about the domain change to prevent any confusion.
These are the domain changes for each DC:

The domain change is effective for the customer and vendor portals across the Zoho Finance Suite of applications and will also apply to Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Billing and Zoho Invoice.
