Customer Portal - User access rights

Customer Portal - User access rights

Hi,

I'd like to define some access rights to the customer portal.

My customer have different departments and the user who can validate thimesheet is not allowed to see invoice. So I want customize its rights to only permit him to manage timesheets

How can I do that ?
