Customer Reward or Loyalty
Hello All,
My use case is as follows:
1. Upload offline customer details to Zoho CRM
2. Connect my e-commerce website with Zoho CRM (via Zoho API)
3. For every purchase transaction on the website, a new invoice or sales order gets created in Zoho CRM (real-time or asynchronous)
4. Create and manage a customer reward system in Zoho CRM. So the next time, a customer makes a purchase on my e-commerce website, a look up is made to Zoho CRM, determine the rewards and offer it right away on my website.
Are items #2, #3 and #4 possible in Zoho CRM?
The customer reward system can be built in my e-commerce website, but I wish to manage that on Zoho CRM - so that Zoho CRM becomes the one stop solution from my sales team.
