Customer service and paying with paypal

I would like to pay for an upgraded Creator account with Paypal. I have called and emailed Zoho for a couple of days to request directions (as stated in the FAQ and in the forums), but I haven't heard anything back. Now I'm worried about customer service if they can't tell me how to give them my money, what is customer service like if they already have your money and you have a problem?
Has anybody had good/bad experiences with customer service?
Has anybody paid with Paypal?
