Dear community,
You might agree that CRM should also have a component for Customer Service, which is the built in module "Cases".
However, we need more option to implement an intuitive app for customer service within CRM.
Part of that, does anyone has an idea or did create a checklist within the module for Agent troubleshooting process?
I know we have Zoho Desk, but is not convenient to keep switching between 2 applications by users.
