Customer support

Hello,

I am currently assessing a couple of CRM, including Zoho for our organization.
I have two question:

1- We are Montreal based and some of our employees do not speak english very well, do you do tech support in french?
2-We are content with the basic functionality right now, but we would like to have 5 licenses instead of 3. How much would that be?
