Ok so I just signed out to try out ZOHO. First thing I need to ask is there any online chat support from this company? I am guessing not since I do not see a chat tab or a drop down under support. With that said is there phone support. Again I do not see a number so is the email the only avenue to seek support as I get started with setting up ZOHO.
Like a set wizard or something like that?
I have used ACT, Salesforce,Microsoft Dynamics and presently trialing Karma. Act I have always liked but the Customer Service is the worst on the planet. Saleforce.com too expensive for a one man band (or event 4 man band) and its messy in my opinion.
Microsoft Dynamics - Well it's Microsoft you can pretty much figure the rest out on your own. Karma so far Great. Product will need some tweaks but the Customer Service is SO GOOD. Only downside it can get pricey as you add deals and or opportunities.
With all that said I want to talk with someone to walk me through a set up. Via go to meeting etc. Does anybody know if such a service is offered by ZOHO ?
