Greetings esteemed Zoho CRM community. I just started my free trial on the enterprise edition of Zoho CRM, I am trying to explore the idea of having my customers book appointments via the customer portal, I have tried logging into the portal but I do not see the option of creating an appointment, I thought it might be a permission issue but I cannot seem to edit the permission as it is set to the 'view' permission and it is not editable. Any one else who has been down this road? I would appreciate getting some help. Thank you!
