When setting up a customer, I provide them access to WorkDrive via an password-protected external link to access certain documents related to their project, and this has been successful since having started using WorkDrive. Yesterday, however, I had several customer tell me that when they attempt to access their information, they got a blank screen. When I test the link myself on different browsers, I'm taken to a page for me to enter the password to get into the folder, so no issues, but there has to be a bigger issuec because seven customers complained yesterday. I've not changed any of my processes, and as far as I can tell, nothing's changed on my account.
On a separate note, I tried to share a password-protected external link using Zoho Docs as a workaround, and the customers were getting a 404 error message that way, so right now, I'm having to e-mail documents to them.
Any insight on what's happening here?
