Just evaluating CRM Plus. Have a scenario that I need help with. In my sector, we deal in wholesale of pharmaceuticals. It is very important to have a proper mailing list. Depending on the account, we may need to collect details of who is the contact person for each product category.
Here is a scenario. Say Zylker Pharmaceuticals opens an account with us and they tell us that the trade in the following two categories:
- Medicines
- Toiletries
At a very basic level, I want to be able to track who the following contact persons are:
- Buyer for Medicines
- Salesperson for Medicines
- Buyer for Toiletries
- Salesperson for Medicines
My ultimate aim is to try and create a process whereby our database is clean and up to date. I am aware that I will have to update the details of the various contact persons manually. However, it would be extremely helpful if I could see some sort of view where I can see where there are contact persons missing based on the rules I have configured.
