I am looking to use Zoho CRM for the sales team of a residential property developer.  It will be used to capture leads, convert to deals and plot the deal through the various stages until completion of the house sale.

So far, I have customised Leads, Contacts, Deals, and Products.  I’ve changed the Products page to Properties and customised so that all the specific property details can be entered.  

Each product will represent one house on a development site, during the Leads stage a property can be linked to multiple leads, however, when a property is reserved by a customer and a Deal is created in Zoho I need that property to be marked as reserved and blocked from other Deals.  Is this possible and if so how can I configure this behaviour?

Can Zoho automatically match leads to products/properties?  If a leads property requirements are entered and there is a property in the CRM that matches the requirements, can Zoho auto-link the two or notify the user of a match?

Also, in Leads, I have created a Property Requirements section.  Is it possible to filter by these fields and then send bulk email to all that match the filter?  For example, send an email for all 4 bedroom properties to leads that match 4 bedrooms in their property requirements?
