Customise CRM

Hi
I am looking for a CRM solution to be the foundation of our core order management solution.

Our order mangement process involves a complex search program to find products for customers and then an order/bid process then requires history per contact to be retained.

Is there the ability to customise Zoho CRM to suit our needs?
