we use Sipgate as Phone Provider and everthing runs well, but we need urgently the ability to customize the phone pop up box!

Story:

As a Sales Representative I want to document my CALL RESULT [DROP DOWN] (e.g. Desisicion Maker not reached, Meeting scheduled, Later interested, Not convinced......)

As a Sales Manager I want to undestand where my Sales Reps have issues, for that I need a clear report (Stackable Bar Chart)  about the CALL RESULTS, because a free text field is not reliable (e.g. DCM not reached vs. Desicion Maker not avaiable, the rep can type in evertything).

To create this report we need a drop down field, better a customizable PHONE POP UP LAYOUT.
