Customization of Careers Page
On June 28th, Command Group Recruiting was sent a presentation deck from Mark for a webinar that we attended the day before. During that webinar and on the PowerPoint for that presentation we were led to believe that we would be able to customize our careers page branding, CSS, metadata, etc. The exact quote from the PowerPoint is: You can customize the page based on your requirements and the options to change the branding, look and feel, colors, customize CSS code, add Meta keywords / description, etc. (Slide 9) This is no longer the case and the owner of our company is livid that we can't customize the careers page as we were originally led to believe and went off about "bait and switch" and "false advertising". We chose Zoho over all the other applicant tracking sites because of this feature and would love to be able to have it returned to us in any manner. Please, we feel as though we've been duped into choosing Zoho, and I'm in a very tight place that requires these features.
