Hi,
I would like to know if I can customize the activities listing in Zoho CRM. Currently the columns that I can view are
- Subject
- Activity type
- From
- Due Date
- Status
- Priority
What would be really helpful for me is to see the contact info of "Whom to deal with". I can access this info only if I get into a particular task. This back and forth wastes a bit of my time.
So is there a solution for this?
