Customize 'Closed Activities' columns on the Account page?

Customize 'Closed Activities' columns on the Account page?

I would like to be able to see the 'call result' information when looking at calls related to an Account. I tried editing the 'Closed Activities' custom view, but it had no effect on the Account page section. Is this possible?
