Customize Lead Drop-down menus
Just started with ZOHO and am in the process of aligning the system with our process.
Is there a way to customize the options in the following drop-down menus for leads?
Lead Source
Industry
Lead Status
Rating
My question would be the same for the Potential area but I thought giving this concrete example would be easier to answer.
