At my company, and I'm sure many others, the ability to add custom fields to milestones would be super beneficial. From an agile marketing perspective, one of the main measurements we use is protectiveness and timing of milestones in order to plan and mange projects efficiently. If we had the ability to add planned time within a milestone and also state whether the milestone was proactive or reactive it would help with our overall reporting and our company initiative of becoming completely agile. 

Currently, the only way I've been able to get reporting for senior leadership on this is by extracting data from Zoho Analytics, scrubbing and adding to it and then importing it back into Zoho analytics to put together dashboards. It's very timely and still may not be the most accurate information.
