Customizing displayed fields in the search function

Hi,

I would like to be able to specify another displayed field when searching lead data. Currently this is how it looks:
Company Email Phone Full Name
I would like to be able to see another field when I search - preferably in addition to but would replace a field if necessary. I need it because if the seniority level of the leads is unknown and a specified search displays 100 leads the only way to determine relevancy would be to open them one by one. Any help with this would be really great.
