Customizing for Service Industry

I would like to know if Zoho CRM can be customized for the service industry. We do not have any products. We provide services on lumpsum basis. Each of our projects has a lumpsum amount and in some cases, a Change Order associated with the same project. Is it possible to customize this to a service industry?
