I would like to add some simple instructions to the top of a few modules such as Cases, so that when a user creates a case there are instructions at the top for a few of our procedures. Is it possible? I only see the option to add sections and custom fields - but no simple help text object.

I know I can add tool tip help for custom fields, but that's not what I am looking for.
