Customizing Lead Fields for Different Clients/Campaigns?
Hi all,
My company provides executive appointment setting for B2B sales organizations selling complex services and solutions....some of our clients include GE, Kodak, and Ingersoll Rand, as well as small to mid-sized professional services organizations.
I am assessing Zoho as a possible new CRM for us. The difference for us is that these won't be my company's leads that we are working and tracking, these will be our clients. And we will typically never need to track what happens to a lead after we've been successful in securing an initial sales meeting with an executive buyer for our clients. We really just manage the first 1/3 of the sales cycle (getting in the door in the first place, which can be the most difficult).
I need a system that allows field customization based on a client or I guess it could be a campaign. The lead or contact fields we need for GE is different than Kodak, etc. I know that Zoho allows fields to be added and changed, but does it allow the Lead fields to be different for different clients or campaigns ...or once it's changed, it's changed system-wide for all users, all leads? Hope that makes sense.
