I learned today that customizing the column layout in list views with Zoho CRM is a global change that affects all users of the system.
This is a problem, as each user may want to set column structure of the list view differently to fit their particular needs.
As the system administrator I am constantly adjusting the column structure to analyze data differently and don't want this change to be pushed to every user as it causes issues in their day to day use of the system.
We have different roles within our organization utilizing the tool and each need the ability to customize their column structure to suit their needs.
This functionality should be user profile based and not controlled globally, where any change made by any user affects the entire organization.
