I am looking at a few CRM solutions at the moment, one being Zoho, and one being Method CRM. I like both, and right now am leaning toward Method because of it's seamless integration into Quickbooks Desktop. However, It is PAINFULLY slow and very outdated compared to zoho.
I have an issue with the QBWC working with Zoho, but that's for another discussion.
My question- I need to send out customized quotations with photographs of the products and custom descriptions of the products I sell. I have successfully modified Method and Salesforce quote forms to work for me. However I don't seem to be able to see how RTF or the ability to upload a pic to a description field is possible in zoho? I can put in text areas but no photos can be inserted.
Any insight?
