in Quebec, Canada, there are 2 sales taxes. The first is 5% but the second is 9,975%. ZOHO doesn't allow 3 decimals in tax customization.

I am not able to use the Products, Quotes, Invoices modules because this would mean many thousands of dollars lost during the course of the year.

Can ZOHO please consider including this small detail? It is causing a lot of frustration by not allowing the full use of the service.
