Customizing Zoho for an Insurance Agency???
Good evening, I own a small boutique insurance agency, we are looking at Zoho seriously, however during our testing phase we are not sure how to enter and manage our individual policies with each client. I would have assumed it would be under product, however there is either a user error (ME) or the product module is not going to work.
The reason... I want to be able specific and unique information for each client including policy number and the rest of the info... to use the product module would suggest we need to create a unique product for every single policy... is this what we are to do. I thought creating a template and then modifying it to each client made more sense.
Anyway, anyone able to provide me some direction?
