Suggestion: Scheduler

Purpose: Allow admin to create timed actions without any user inputs

Motivation: This is already on the list of features Zoho is working on (http://zohocreator.wiki.zoho.com/Working-on.html). However, I think it would greatly benefit the user community to have this feature available now. I'm constantly comparing Zoho Creator to SharePoint workflows with my colleagues. But this comparison falls down in the case of timing future actions. You can do it with SharePoint, so why not Zoho?

Example: A club applications has an events calendar and will use the scheduler to email event updates weekly on Sunday. OR, a store inventory will update a html page order form with items that are running out of stock and also send an email to the store keeper. EVEN better, old records are automatically deleted based on some parameters set by the admin!

Implementation: This would just be a new bit of new deluge code. In SharePoint, it's usually an IF and then WAIT for xyz minutes THEN do some action. In order for the admin to oversee all the pending workflows, there should also be a screen to monitor the status of pending actions. This will also allow start, stop, and pause features.

Issues: The probability for endless looping and mass emails by mistake is clear. Zoho will have to build-in some safeguards that will help the admin.
