Daily reports

Hi, I have set Zoho up to send me a report once a day. I sometimes get the report twice, never once and mostly not at all. It really doens't seem to work properly still. If you look at my settings it is only there once not twice.
Also do you have plans to expand the database size soon? we are now well over 2000 records and it seems to be slowly grinding to a halt on sorting, reporting and everything. We may have to move to another service if we aren't careful. We are also expanding our company rapidly so need to know it will cope with 5,000 enquires.
