I'm having a number of difficulties with Zoho, but my biggest problem

 

is when i'm converting a Lead > Potential or > Account

not all of the information is transfering along with it..

 

How can I get the same infromation to transfer as a client moves though the process?

 

For example, when I create a new Lead and then convert them to a Potential, the address or e-mail etc. is no longer included..

How do I keep all the information?

 

There has to be a way, surely I wouldn't have to re-enter each clients information each step!

 

I'M NEW, I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!

I'm suppose to be setting this up for my boss and need to figure this out before I try to customize it to suit our company's needs.
