Danish characters?

Do you have any news about enabling Danish characters in Zoho CRM?
It is a every day problem with the missing Danish characters and we waste a lot of time this way.
The implementing of other characters in software has now been done thousands of times for the last 25 years and should'nt be a huge problem.

I wrote about this matter very often for the last 6 month and you promised to fix it in few months.

I have sent you pictures and documentation about this matter, but I hear no news.
