Danish Characters

Dear friends and Happy New Year

As you may remember I have asked you very often, sent you information about the lack of the Danish Character Set in Zoho CRM.
We changed from another CRM system i July 2007 hoping - as you promised - that the Danish Character Set is not long away.
You never give me a proper answer of my questions. At least you could inform me that you have no time or intention for implementing other Character Sets in the near future or what your plans are. Then we have an opportunity to choose another CRM-system.
Also when informing you about other problems in the Zoho CRM system like the not working Remind At in the Task Information function, I get no response.
First you would not believe the malfunction, then I sent you screen shots of the problem. After that I heard nothing.
Just inform me you have no time for the problem.

Your Feedback function had moved from Excellent to something worse.

I hope this time to get a satisfying feedback.
