Dashboard is now supported in the latest version of the Zoho Projects mobile iOS app.
Hello All,
In the latest version of the Zoho Projects iOS mobile app (v3.6.6), we have brought in support for 'Dashboards'.
Users can view the project overview with neat and elegant dashboard widgets. Task status, Bug status, Milestone status, Weekly digest reports, etc., can be viewed from within the app now.
Dashboard in a project shows important progress indicators, graphs, statistics, and other key performance indicators to quickly understand where the project stands.
Dashboard Feature Widgets
The widgets showcase the status of the team in the best possible way. User can access data quickly on the dashboard. However, the user needs permission to view the respective module to view the widgets on the dashboard.
➤ Task status, Issue status, and Milestone status shows the number of closed work items and the number of open items.
➤ Team status, Top 5 Go-getters and Top 5 Issue fixers displays data that measures the team's performance.
Team Status - It displays the count of the overdue and open work items for every user in the team. It also displays the number of tasks or bugs to be addressed by the user on the current day.
Top 5 Go-getters - The users with the maximum number of closed tasks are listed in this widget.
- Top 5 Issue fixers - The users with the maximum number of closed issues are listed in this widget.
➤ Task Progress Chart, Weekly Digest and Timesheet Summary displays the work status in the form of reports and graphs.
Task Progress Chart - Get the task count against a specific completion percentage from the graph.
Weekly Digest - Get the status of the tasks, task lists, milestones, and bugs in the current week from this widget.
Timesheet Summary - Track the billable and non-billable hours that are logged by the team.

Does the Date User Filter in your Dashboard leave out a few reports from filtering? This happens when the reports are not created over the same table and the (time) column over which the user filter is created. To solve this, Zoho Reports has a Timeline User Filter. This filter applies the criteria on all reports, matching it with the best possible date column associated with a report. i.e., if your reports are based on a date column, then it will filter it for that data column.
