Forgive me if this a simple task - I cannot for the life of me understand how to do this..!

Our company hierarchy is:

Director --> Sales Manager --> Account Manager.

I want the Account Manager to go to "Dashboards" and see their own pipeline by stage, pipeline by customer, lead stats etc.  Currently, when they go into the "Opportunity" Dashboard, they see "Pipeline by Stage" - but this shows all pipeline  for all users , not just their own stats.

Anybody have any suggestions?
