Dashboard Task Note Bug

Hi all,

Just noticed a small bug:

if I add a note to a task, and that note contains an apostrophe (') such as in the word "here's" - on the dashboard, that shows up as:

Here's

that seems to happen to all apostrophes in the dashboard list.
