Dashboard Tracking Calls

In my business, its important to see how many calls someone has made throughout the day and week. I've created a report that shows me the number of calls someone has made within a time period but i would like to create a dashboard that constantly shows me the number of calls and track it for the week. Does anyone know how to do that through the dashboard?
