I needed to export our contact data so that I could dedupe the contacts we had imported from LinkedIn/Outlook etc.. The native dedupe function within Zoho is a little cumbersome to dedupe 5.5K contacts so I wanted to do this in an external application, flatten the contact database in Zoho then reimport a clean set. Because of the number of contacts I understand that I have to request a backup of the system (I think the standard export function is limited to circa 3k records at a time). I have now run this export but for some reason not all of the datafields associated with the contact seem to export (for example the contact owner is nor exported which I will need ready for my reimport).

Do you know how I can extract all 5.5k contacts and also capture all data fields linked to each contact?
