Data Backup - Word of the day #77

The Data Backup feature allows Zoho CRM users with Administrator privileges to take a complete backup of the CRM data.

The data backup takes a few minutes to hours depending on the size of the data that needs to be archived. Smaller the data, lesser time it takes to complete the backup. The backup can be downloaded from Setup > Data Administration > Data Backup. Backup download link remains active for a maximum of 7 days from the date of backup creation.
