Data entered in Firefox MIA when viewed in IE

Data entered in Firefox MIA when viewed in IE

Hi,

Seeing some problems with Firefox vs. IE.  If I create a New Lead in FF, the data does not show in IE.  See pictures below of the New Lead page and then a drill-down into the Test lead I created. 

Any help appreciated.  Thanks!
