I've been manually collecting birth dates from my Facebook friends and entering them in CRM for a year, each day. I recently realized that I was entering birth dates that I already entered in the past. To my shock, hundreds of records got that date wiped out, all seemingly on one day, July 22, 2021. I cannot imagine that I did it myself, as it would require quite a few steps in the Mass Update process, so an accidental deletion on my end might be ruled out.

When entering a birth date, I was always entering a link to FB profile, too. I created a custom list of over 600 people who now have the FB profile link but missing a DOB. I'll share it in private with a support agent. There a few people that indeed do not put their DOB on FB but I'd say at least 500 of those 633 were affected in data deletion. I really hope there can be an automated way to reverse that change made that day, 7/22/21. Otherwise, it's a lot of time reentering...
