We are about to migrate to Zoho CRM but I suddendly found an issue with data export. Almost all our data (Customer names, addresses, contacts, comments, etc) are in Russian. It is displayed correctly in Zoho and it was imported correctly from another CRM.

But as for the export it is unreadable. Please see an example of one line from export of Customers

Export is crucial as it is needed for data analysys.

Meanwhile export woks well from Zoho Invoice.

What can you recommend in this case?
