Data for Newletter

I want to export a list of contacts which are related to our different customers. I found two methodes:

1. Export a file in the zoho document view mode (For me not possible since it is limited to 100 and I have 4'000).

2. Export all contacts from the "Export data" function in Zoho (The CSV file does not show the salutation since severa attributes are together like e-mail, name etc. are all clubbed together in the CSV).

Please provide me a solution on how to export all our contacts with salutation, prename, name, e-mail.
