I have been testing the migration of data from Saleslogix to Zoho CRM.  Some 5K accounts and 10K contacts.

 

My first attempt went well with contacts linked to accounts and all was well.  However, I missed some items and decided to startg again.  So I rolled back previous imports and deleted data where this was not possible.

 

I re-imported accounts and contacts using the accountid as the ference point.  Unfortunately the accounts do not show contacts but contacts show related acount in list view but when you open the contact there is no account listed.

 

I really need to resolve this - can you take a look at the database, reset everythig if need be and I will try once again. 

 

I'm really pleased with the functionality and if I could get this data import issue resolved.
