Hi,

I am looking to import my contacts from various sources into one CRM, Zoho. As a consequence I don't want to do this wrong and end up with awful data from the outset.

I use an android phone and most of my contacts are in Google, That is easy to export to excel and import to Zoho

however I also use

Outlook

Twitter (3 accounts)

Linkedin

Facebook (me and 4 pages with followers)

Google+

I want to make the best of all of these contacts and I know there is a Venn diagram of contacts here. Some will appear in many and some in only one of the above.

So some advice, what is the best procedure to get my contacts into Zoho, integrate them, de-dupe them? Then how do I re-integrate them with all of the above social media services so that I don't have to continue to import new contacts that friend/wave/poke/tweet/connect with me in the future?

or is it just a matter of having Zoho create a connection with the various accounts and leave it to do the work?
