I am very new to ZOHO. In an attempt to evaluate the product capabilities, I figured I should start by importing my current Contacts and Accounts. When select the "import my contact (accounts)" wizard and select the file to upload, I get a response that says "uploading import file." That's all it ever does. I have allow this to run for several HOURS without any change. I created a subset of my Accounts (5 accounts) to see if it would complete. Still doesn't finish.
The only way I've found to stop the import is to log out and log back into ZOHO. None of the new accounts or contacts are saved.
So, what is wrong? Do I need to modify the csv file to match something in ZOHO? Help discusses mapping fields, but I never seem to get to that option.
