Data Import question

I have some contact data to import, and one of the fields in my excel file is "Salutation" which contains things like "Mr." "Mrs." and "Dr." While this field exists in Zoho CRM, and a picklist is visible under Leads and Contacts when I create or edit same, I do not see it in the field mapping under importing. Is this by design or is it an oversight? I also don't see the ability to edit the picklist under Setup: Fields Lists.

Any help would be appreciated!
