Data Loss in Lead Conversion

Hello,

When converting Leads we are seeing data loss in specific custom fields.

* Zip 1
* Zip 2
* Zip 3
* Password

These fields are not passing through to 'Contact' once converted.

Please review and advise. This is a critical component of our business and we are unable to convert Leads until this is resolved.
