Data not showing up in Export

Data not showing up in Export

Hello--I am generating reports from Zoho, and there is data that is not showing up in the csv file even though it is in Zoho. This data is from drop downs that I created in the Zoho module.

Any reasons as to why they are not showing up in the Zoho module?
