Hello,

We have a custom Module in ZOHO CRM with "visit reports"

Each sales rep only can see their own visit reports. As being their sales manager I visit sometimes an Account that belongs to them. If I create a visit report myself on that Account it is not visible due to the privacy settings.

How is it possible that sales reps don't see their colleagues visit reports, but could see my visit reports (me as sales manager and Admin user) visit reports on their accounts ?
